Payment

Payment may be made by credit card, cheque, bankers draft, bank transfer or cash.

All orders placed are subject to current availability and purchases will only dispatched  subject to funds being cleared. We will endeavour to keep the site updated however Essex Fine Art will not be responsible for monies being  lost due to credit card charges etc , please email prior to purchasing to confirm that the item is still available .

Retention of Title
Title of all works purchased from Essex Fine Art shall not pass to the buyer until the invoiced amount has been paid in full.

Website Images

Colour – Although we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of images on our website we cannot guarantee that the colours and appearance of artwork will be identical to the original.

Dimensions given are approximate image sizes, Sizes are in Inches & cm

Copyright rights to the image remain with the artist or the estate of the artist. The purchase of an artwork does not confer the right or licence to use the image for commercial or any other purposes.

Privacy Policy

We conform to the Data Protection Act. Your details are processed only for the purpose of fulfilling your enquiry and will not be shared with any third party. You may ask for your details to be added to our exhibition mailing list, but this will not be undertaken unless requested.

Delivery
Paintings will only be shipped out upon clearance of funds .
Delivery is free within United Kingdom , International  buyers please contact gallery  for shipping costs.

Rule of Law
English law applies to the interpretation of these Conditions.
